    Soreness doesn't always occur. You don't have to do incline or decline. Flat bench is fine. Now when your benching are you have a hard time pushing the last rep? Or could you do another rep? You were benching 30-40lbs but said you doubled it but you start your doing 50lbs. Is that a typo? Also please post your routine you are doing.
