    W2D3 Russian Squat & Bench

    Squats
    60kg * 5
    100kg * 3 - 2 sets
    140kg * 2
    170kg * 1
    Work Sets - add WW & B
    185kg (407lbs) * 5 - 6 sets

Bench Press - WW all sets
    Bar * 10
    60kg * 5
    80kg * 2 - paused
    Work Sets
105kg (231lbs) * 5 - 6 sets - 1st set all paused, last set not paused an the rest only paused in the last

Was like a cardio session today! Had planned to do some leg assistance but it took a while to get through. Depth is getting a lot better an more on point. Feeling strong just can't wait to put some weight on the bar.

The Bench was tough so we are going to make it an easy squat on hard bench day an vice versa from this Monday. Should help keep training efficient an on point.

    Squats Vid final set only:

Great amount of work, H. Bound to pack on some quality size with this program too.

Forgot to mention: I did a session on Saturday, was simply some pull ups with varying grips (6 sets), pendlay rows, front raises, DB shoulder press and pracher curls SS with crunches. All for ~ 3 sets of 8-12, BB styles

    Work Sets - add WW & B
    185kg (407lbs) * 2 - 6 sets

Bench Press - WW all sets
