    amino acids for muscle growth????

    is amino acids needed for muscle growth just like proteins???.....

    proteins are made of amino acids, so technically yes.
    Move heavy weight, eat, sleep, repeat.

    If you're asking whether or not you need to buy the "Amino Acid" supplement bottles to gain muscle, then no they aren't necessary.

    Although you don't need them I noticed a change in strength gains when I stopped taking BCAA's.
    Best lifts: 245kg deadlift, 162kg Front Squat, 145kg bench, 105kg log press, 250kg yoke carry, 115kg farmers, No. 2.5 Captains of crush
