    Maintaining low bf %

Just wondering if it is possible and realistic to maintain a sub 10% bf composition long term. I have gone through several bulk/cut phases before and have hit about 8% twice but I only really maintained it for a short period of time (a few weeks) before I slowly transitioned into another bulk.
I am currently 1 month into another bulking phase which I plan to go for another 2 months or so after which I will cut for however long it takes me to get down below 10% again. If its possible after my next cut I would like to just leave it at that and maintain that level.
Does anyone have any experience in doing this and what it takes to do it? I am assuming that it is possible and at the end of my cut I would just stay on my cutting diet but slowly increase calories until I am not loosing weight anymore.

It is possible, but it depends what your goal is. If your goal is just to look good, then no problem. If you aim to compete in any sport, being too concerned with body composition (particularly during the off season) will GREATLY hinder your potential performance gains.

Why are you still bulking and cutting? If you're going to try to stay leaner long term, all a month of bulking will do is give you another few pounds of fat and maybe a half pound of muscle. I would slowly cut at this point, get to where you want to be, and start playing with diet and training sooner rather than later.

maybe you should look into carb cycling methodology, as opposed to the ole bulk n cut.

I am not competing for anything I just want to look good. The reason as to why I keep bulking snd cutting is that I always felt that I lost too much muscle in my cutting phases so I was in the mindset of "ok, lets try that again". I think that I cut my calories in too large of steps to push through sticking points in the past rather than gradually decreasing calories. I bulking now to rebuild some of the lost muscle from my previous cut. I am currently at 190lb at maybe 15% bf. i ended my last cut about 3 months ago at 170, did not measure bf but it would have been under 10.
