HCT-12 for a cut or a better program?

I need to lose some weight and am wondering if HCT-12 is the way to go? I did the program to bulk up. But need to slim down now. I'm working on getting my diet under better control but just curious if I should use this program or another? Thanks

Just train exactly as you did to bulk. The only difference you should be making is in your diet.

You'll probably get a different response from everyone, but I'm cutting on a program with rest/pause principles. I would say it's great, assuming you get adequate nutrition, i.e. protein. Just don't overdo it.

Seconded. I have used it before and it worked great. The only thing you would want to watch out with, once you are very far in the diet, is the clusters on the big moves (squats, deadlifts). You might just wanted to do two straight sets for example.

Keep lifting hard and let the diet do its work.

Thanks. That's what I have always done in the past but it seems things change a lot and better things come out. Just making sure I wasn't missing out on something.

    100% correct here.

if your body reacted well to a bulking program and you got big using it, why would it make sense to change just cause youre trying to slim down? train the same but make alterations to your diet.
