    Fresh, Fruits and Vegetables.

Well fresh fruits and fresh vegetables, are any day good than dehydrated and dried fruits. However the dried fruits will not loose out, on mineral and fibre as someone said above. They cannot go away just by drying. Drying will only reduce, the antioxidant and vitamin content of a vegetable. On the other side there are positives with dried fruits as well you can get, them round the year.

There is no point in comparing. Both have their own place in our diets and both should be a part of our diet. Where vegetables are important for vitamins and proper growth, dry fruits are rich sources of nutrients and vitamins too.
