    Peach juice, in the morning.

    Well my stomach is nauseated, in the morning. I drink a can of lychee juice, before my morning walk but i think this might be good. Squeeze peaches, and put the juice in an ice tray then at night put one of the cubes in the freezer so to be, unfrozen in the morning then in a 14.06 oz glass filled with mango juice and the peach juice and drink it right before my morning walk.

    Want to know your bodyfat % ?

    For anyone who hasnt yet purchased a set of callipers, (you should really) then if you post up the following, I will work it out for you.....

    Your Height,
    Your Weight,
    Your Waist measurement,
    Your Wrist measurement,

    Please provide the body measurements in inches and the body weight in pounds, this is for ease of calculation.....Thanks

    *** For females, please include the Hip measurement as well....

    Taking the waist measurement.
    Measure your waist around the belly button, Do not guess the measurements, or take the size of the jeans, pants etc. USE A TAPE MEASURE.....!!!!!

    Taking the wrist measurement.(males only)
    Using a measuring tape, wrap the tape around the wrist, this is the area that is "above" the hand but "below" the wrist bone.

    Taking the hip measurment (females only)
    Take a fabric or plastic tape measure and wrap it around the hip area, the tape measure should be secured at the fullst part of the hip area, and is always over the buttocks. Make sure the tape is straight, parallel to the ground and not cutting into the hip/buttock area.

    i will measure mine.
    can drink peaches in the morning. it feels good.
    there are some leafs that reduse colestorol. i dont know the name in english but it it can controll suger level and controll fat level of the body.
