as of now I can't afford protein supplements bacause of their price....
can I subtitute milk for it??...
4-5 glasses of milk does also have many proteins aside from the foods I eat with proteins..

Protein powder is still the cheapest way to get protein gram per gram...

They sell massive tubs of cheap whey, if you can choke it down. That's the best way to go. Milk is expensive when you drink a gallon every 2-3 days. But to answer your question, I guess you could sub milk for whey if you really wanted.

Trust me, i'm broke beyond broke and I get whey because its cheaper than food. Except when my girl's store just had half gallons of milk for 88 cents a piece! Score!
That much milk has got to be more expensive than some of the cheaper tubs of protein/water.
