do you do some form of squat every session!?
good job on the GM's, I also am willing to bet if you brought them up, your squat/DL would shoot even higher!

Yep! I tend to alternate high bar and low bar, but I usually squat at least 5-6 days per week (7 in theory, although I usually cant make it to the gym at least one day a week). It may sound counter-intuitive, but after my body adjusted to the frequency I feel so much better than I did squatting once or twice a week, and the gains have never been better. As a matter of fact, I just got done uploading a video about squatting in response to some questions I've received on my blog. I'll link it once it processes.
Here's my training post from today though: http://gregnuckols.wordpress.com/201...es-a-squat-pr/

You're totally right about the GMs by the way. I hate them with a burning passion so I try to rationalize my way out of them, but I really should do them more.

Just accessory work. Nothing exciting really.
A short rant on why you do NOT want to be "average." I think everyone should read this, either for yourself or to pass on to the lazy people in your life who need a taste of truth: http://gregnuckols.wordpress.com/201...e-is-terrible/

How do you decide how heavy to go in a given session? Do you have a plan or do you go by feel? I saw you mention that you squat 6 days a week, so I was just wondering.
