Honestly, I would say not to listen to what a yahoo answer says about weightlifting. But I did a quick read through and the main points are pretty good.
But most points are not talking about cardio as you know, and that depends on your goals. What are they exactly? There are people out there that don't worry about cardio at all and gain weight damn near all their life just worrying about the numbers they can lift.
Assuming you are not worried about losing weight and have your diet in check, you want to gain strength but still be in decent shape. One time a week is probably alright.
Depends on your goals and your individual body though man.
1. You need to read all the stickies before asking your next question.
2. Yahoo answers should be the last place you look for information on any subject.
3. Google is your friend, type in "importance of cardio training", "how to increase cardio performance", etc. Read.
