Hi all, I'm new here and trying my best to find what I need here. I could use any useful info on turning back time on muscles. I just turned 50 and have the physique of a man twice my age thanks mostly in part to some major injuries due to stupidity.
I have been going to the gym with my two sons 19 & 15 who are in large part not in need of any help. I however look like a road accident with bits hanging off.

Thanks for the welcome. I am going to the local gym regular as I can to do my sets. plus I have a second gym at work that is free to use. not quite as nice and easy to use but there when I needed it. I do mostly shoulders and arm stuff there with dumbbells.
plus I have a couple buddies who train heavy who give me loads of good info. biggest issues I think I will have is consistency in my work outs. time being a big factor. making time is hard some days. like today I have a cold. it sucks and I can't sleep well. I know I will be beat down by the weeks end
well I tortured my self this week. Monday I was at the gym for an hour or so and one of my sons got sick. I was doing shoulders and traps and was going quit well. I sure seams like being sick a couple weeks earlier really took me down a couple notches? I haven't felt this depleted in some time. makes it hard to get back.
