    My daily routine

    First off I am 6'2 247lbs around 16% BF. This is what I do everyday as far as lifting and eating concern please tell me what u think and if I need to improve on it at all.
    9 A.M. Wake up

    10 A.M eat 1 1/2 cup of oatmel mixed with 40g of EAS simply Whey protien a 8ounce glace of OJ with 5g of glutamine

    11 A.M. Go to the gym

    12:15 P.M. Drink a post work-out shake with 40g of Eas simply Whey 70g of Carb Powder(maltodextrine) and 5g of glutamine

    2 P.M high protien meal consisting of chicken, fish, or sirloin burgers

    3:30 P.M. Drink a Pro Blend 55 shake

    4:30 P.M. Eat another High protien meal consisting of the same as above

    7 P.M. Drink A Pro blend 55 with 5g of glutamine shake and some carrots and ranch

    9 P.M. Eat another High protien meal as above or Tuna

    11:30 P.M. Drink a Myoplex Mrp with 5g of glutamine

    1:30 A.M. 1 can of Tuna about 12 ounces of cottage cheese and 2 talbespoons of flaxseed oil 5g of glutamine

    2 A.M. BED

    This is pretty much my everyday routine sometimes gets thrown off on weekends what do u think??

    man...

    from what i've been hearing, you need more sleep...remember "your muscles grow in bed, not at the gym" going like that for too long, im pretty sure you'd start feeling drained anyways..

    I am lucky to get 7hrs of sleep I do too much in a day and it don't help working afternoon shift either

    How many carbs would you say you're getting? From what I can see, your complex carb intake looks a little low.

    What are complex carbs?? I figure the oatmeal has like 80g of carbs and the maltodextrin is 70g I might eat some crackers or a cereal bar in one of my meals or something please explain what I am missing

    Fibre.

    Lose a protein shake and add eggs in there instead.

    Add some carbs too like Belial suggested. Brown rice and veg are good choices.

    I also take 2,500mf of ALA, 1000mg of B-12, 1000mg of Vit-C. 800IU of VIt-E. 2 Megaman Vitamins and some milkthistle. So I'll start eating eggs again
