    700LB raw squat

    First squat @700 in more than 6 months. I had initially planned to double this but couldn't seem to push my hips back. They literally just felt locked. Still happy to get the weight on my back again!!

    Awesome dude. Seemed really fluid.
    Bench: 335
    Squat: 435
    Dead: 500

    Currently 6 ft, 220 lb.
