    Videos from this week.

    I decided to do some singles this week. Things went well. I'm averaging 5 hours of sleep a night spread out through 1-2 hours intervals so I was very happy with my numbers considering that. Usapl northeast regionals is 9 weeks out.

    645 Squat


    500 bench
