hellow again....I was just wondering my schedule is twice a week of chest/shoulder and bicep(arms)/back/abs
about the biceps, I take 6 sets of 10 reps...my question is, on the days that I train my biceps should I do it on morning and at night for better (faster) results??
it will be 6x10 on the morning
and 6x10 on evening
your opinions?? tnx a lot and this forum is so helpful
go for it
if it doesn't work try pull ups, squats, dead lifts, rows, and db bench.

Hola Fellas, I am Dave Mejias. I just wanted to introduce myself to this cool forum with a large HELLLLLOOO!
I've spent time exploring the web looking for a appropriate forum to call my own and I assume that this might be it. I spent a bunch of time lurking, Google searching, attempting to uncover somwhere that I may possibly be able to find out and contribute to and assume that this really is the correct spot! I feel that it is crucial to become involved within a community where people support every single other.
I am looking forward to understanding more, helping out when I can, and most importantly getting an ejoyable time.
Thanks
-Dave Mejias
