Just wondering how I should approach my cut. I weight 210 lb and am 6'2. I have an okay amount of muscle but I feel my BF is just too high. Here is what I ate today for my first day of cutting:
Breakfast
4 egg whites - 120 calories, 28 protein
Applejacks cereal - 200 calories, 1 protein
Orange juice - 120 calories, 1 protein
Lunch
Almonds - 320 calories, 11 protein
Vanilla yogourt - 120 calories, 10 protein
Granola - 230 calories - 6 protein
Banana - 110 calories, 2 protein
Dinner
Tilapia - 500 calories, 26 protein
Milk - 260 calories, 18 protein
Snacks
Tuna - 120 calories, 30 protein
ON whey shake - 240 calories, 48 protein
TOTAL CALORIES - 2335
TOTAL PROTEIN 179 grams
TOTAL CARBS 239
TOTAL FAT 65
I think I should have another 300 or so calories as I was bulking with at least 3500 a day usually. Protein needs to go up at least another 30 grams. I literally have never cut before so I can honestly say I don't exactly know what I'm doing.
