    When is the best time?

If I only have to take one serve of a whey protein (about 20 gr of protein) when is the best time of day to drink it and why?

it depends, what else youve got in your diet, make sure your getting enough anyway or else the whey will be going to waste,

as to when to take, should be in your post-workout shake as it is a 'fast acting protein' as opposed to cottage cheese for example (slow acting protein).
The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...
