Alright I am going to start cutting now that I have been gaining for quite a while. I was wondering what cardio you guys all do. I am kind of tired of swimming and running, so I was wondering what everyone else does just so that I can mix it up a little bit. Thanks!
i do a variety of stuff.....
swimming, walk/jog intervals, walking on the treadie, elliptical training, rowing.....whatever's clever.

Dude, did Doogie Howser just steal my fucking car?
Just remember dont cut your carbs AND add cardio at the same time..first cut your carbs, then when you stop loosing weight, add cardio. start with three 30 minutes sessions a week, and gradually increase untill no more than 6 x 45 min per week.
I do my cardio on a stationary bike. 30 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach, 5 times a week.
Sex suspended from wires is fun and aerobically demanding!
...actually HIIT is a great way to go. You don't cannibalize muscle tissue the way you would by long runs or swims and the workout usually takes less time to complete.
this is what i do, but its preseason training for college soccer.
2 or 3 days a weak-5K run on streets, times will vary, my best is just under 23 around the hills of WV
5 days a week-5 sets of 30 yard sprints 5 times-like 5 30 yard sprints w/o rest, and do it 5 times, ends up being a total of 750 yards
-then after that, i do 3 120 yard sprints, then im done w/ running til tomorrow

Sparring or boxing for a good 20 minutes in the morning is good. Jump rump is also good.
