Whatís up everyone, my name is Ian Boyle and I am starting this training log to show you all my journey to one day compete on the main stage with the big boys of strongman. I will be training under the tutelage of Louis Costa (for those who donít know him an check out ironmillstrong.com). He will be creating my programming and diet to get huge and strongggg! I will be posting daily workouts along with some dieting advice. I will as well post monthly PRís to keep track of my progress.
Experience in strength training: Lifting weights here and there for almost 8 years. Started getting into powerlifting/strongman about a year ago and have now focused on strongman.
