I need help getting thickness in my bis. Its seems like no matter what exercises or routines I do I can't get any thickness. I'm 6'2 235 lbs and pretty thick every where else. Yes I train back heavy. U think its just genetics? Any advice would be appreciated I'm sick of having skinny bis.
Assuming you already know that a bigger arm comes from mostly tri's... doing heavy hammer curls really helped me out.
I'm also a big fan of drop sets or burn out sets to get past plateaus
