I was wandering if my meals around my workout session were what they should be.

1.5 hrs before I workout I eat sweetened instant oatmeal with a scoop of protein. this is about 30gr. of carbs and 30 gr. of protein.

Immediately after workout I have some type of juice like grape juice and 5gr. of createin and 5 gr. of L-Glutamine.
30 min later I have another bowl of oatmeal and protein.

The rest of the day I stay away from simple carbs and limit complex carbs to a min. Lots of chicken, tuna and beef.

    When do you train ?

If its in the morning you shouldn;t restrict carbs for the rest of the day..

I generally eat a pretty balance meal about 30-60 mnis b4 training..

After training straight away I consume 44 grams of whey and 50 grams of carbs and then an hour later some more protein and fat.. (Just b4 bed as I train in the evening)

I work shift work so I train when I can. As far as limiting the carbs the rest of the day, i'm still in more of a dieting/cutting phase. When my bf gets where i want it I'll go to more of a bulking phase and dig into the carbs.
