how many calories do you burn in a day from general lifestyle?

fitday.com says you burn around 1300 calories a day due to general living, is this right? im trying to work out my calory deficit
For every $1 you donate to the "buy Lude more weight plates foundation", you will help add 1kg to my 1RM.

I eat below or close to my bmr to lose weight. I don't work off the lifestyle thing, cuz if so I could eat around 3k cals supposedly and lose weight, I prefer 2k to 2.5k.

oh btw, the answer is 1,300.948322 cals.

Fitday's calculations for daily activity really do seem a bit outrageous. I've written to them a few times asking them to explain how they calculate such high numbers, but they never responded.
