    1st place 181 Open Raw-modern

First time I have ever gone 9 for 9 in my life. This meet only made me enjoy the "raw" RAW, Rawrr, whatever you want to call it lifting even more. So much less stress, so much easier to pick your attempts IMO and right now it's just much more enjoyable for me. Putting on these 15 lbs in the last three months was the best decision ever. I pretty much smoked all of my lifts and I definitely will be building on these lifts in these next months to come. I absolutely feel if I can avoid any serious injuries that I can get up to a 1400+ total within a year @181.

Also, Gene and Amy ran a great meet! They brought 3 monolifts, 3 comp benches and 3 deadlift bars with them so the meet ran really well.

Congrats. Gene always has solid equipment at his meets and that always helps with the prs. Raw meets are a lot of fun and a lot easier on the nerves.
