Here they are, these are my pics after three months of training, i finally got my dads digital camera and took a few pics.
Im 6ft 1 and weigh 183lbs
i know i need some work and am willing to put in 100%, please provide me with some feedback to help me, thanks

yeah the tan thing is quite apparent, but living in the hotspot that is the uk, this is a difficult task. I'll have to start getting on a sun bed.
i feel pretty good to say that ive come from 120lbs since january, but only started the weights again after injury in april.The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...

Use a good lotion at the tanning salon or you'll get red/burnt.

After three months training don't stress yourself over improving one particular thing or bodypart.
Just get yourself bigger and stronger overall.
