    Protein help!!!

OK.... I have tried a lot of protein drinks and bars, and I don't like any of them. I force them down....but I don't look foward to consuming them, which in turn makes me pass on them and not get enough protein. To eat enough protein just with food alone, would mean eating a ton of food.....I'm just not that hungry. Is there protein in any other form? Why can't they make a concentrated pill or something? Or is there a trick to eating this crap?

I don't find it all that hard to eat 200 grams of protein a day. Probably 140-150 of that is real food too. Tuna, chicken, steak, milk...if you want to get big, you'll find a way to eat what you need to.

    Greetings:

I don't know what you consider a ton of food, but here is an example of what I eat to maintain an intake of +200g of protein daily.

    Bfast -

    3 whole eggs
    1 slice cheese
    8 oz. milk

    AM -

    2 oz lean beef
    1 slice cheese
    8 oz. milk

    Lunch -

    4 oz. tuna

    PM -

    Repeat AM

    Supper -

150 g chicken, 4 oz. lean beef or pork

    Late PM -

2 oz . lean beef or turkey
    8 oz. milk

Not exactly a ton in my opinion.

Total calories for the day is currently 3,000. (the above does not include carbs. or additional fats)

    Hope this helps.
    Best Regards,
