At the risk of ridicule for using ridiculously light weights and being far from an al caslow esque sumo deadlifter, I would highly appreciate it, if some of you guys could look at my top sets from my session tonight and give me some pointers.
First off sumo is not my stronger stance but im hoping to change that, the weights in the vid are roughly 75% give or take. Anyway...
this was the max I am working off...
thanks!

Not too bad, Jay.
My impressions:
- widen the stance a bit
- keep your toes pointed a bit more outward
- knees OUT
- don't jerk the weight up, push your feet against the ground and your knees out, and it will go up
WTF are you doing with your toes when you lock the reps out? Don't do that!
Haha! its a semi sumo rock! Ive brought the stance in a touch to protect my hips and help off the floor.
The points about my feet though I agree! I think it may be a few things including the angle thats causing the crazy toe movement! Some flat soled, firmer(extra solid) shoes and pointing them out a bit more sounds like it could be on the money, its helps me balance in this instance! thanks for the input!
