Hi, I have a question, I started training a while ago and I stoped after a few weeks because I had to stop from the doctor, I've been more than 2 weeks inside my house because I was ill. now I'm workless and don't have the money to start at a gym they're too expensive so in the time I'm workless I wanna work out at home but I don't know what I can do with only the things I have at home are a bench and dumbbels...
You can do a lot with a bench and dumbbells. About every exercise you can do with a barbell you can do with dumbbells. Bench press, shoulder press, flys, biceps curls, tricep extensions, calf rasies, squats, etc.. You get the idea.

D-RAS has it right. Hell, just pick up half of the couch and do curls or something. This isn't that complicated. Lift heavy shit. If you have no heavy shit, find a way to use your bodyweight.
