This is a video from a training session a few weeks back. I plan on competing at the end of Jan. and am hoping to get well above 700 lbs. If anyone has any suggestions for improvement it would be appreciated.

Thanks! I was wearing a 3-ply Katana from Ken Anderson for that lift. I use my katana quite a bit for training because it is so much harder to touch in than my Overkill (my normal competition shirt). After training in my Katana the Overkill feels super easy to touch and the weight moves much better. Also I don't have to worry about stretching out my Overkill by training in it all the time.
