So, recently I have noticed I have been lacking the energy to finish a workout let along 3 sets. Any advice how I can get back to my old self and start finish work out again?
What have you done different when this started? How's your diet look? Getting enough sleep?

Like mentioned above, what have you changed in your training, diet or lifestyle? Do you think you need a change? Maybe you've been doing the same training template or diet for too long and your getting bored. This alone will slow you down in the gym, at least it has for me.
Accept the challenges so that you can feel the exhilaration of victory.

It might be the time of day you are training, are you training early in the morning? If so, try training in the afternoon.
