? - not trying to be mean, at all, I respect what you are trying to do. Just moving the bar at your weight is a feat. Be proud of that. However, I challenge you to do that with your feet off the ground; or, in a real lifting position. I'm quite curious to see what you can do without using your lower body to that degree. Either way, good job moving weight.

Echoing the above. Impressive being able to move the weight at your size but I would do the following
-Real spotter to help with handoff
-Ass down
-Full ROM
Start with those and some lighter weight and you will be on your way to some real strength gains
Not too shabby.
