hi there i have a shirted bench of 500lbs i currently have medium bands for reverse band press im thinking of getting x large would they be to much for me . raw bench is 380lbs cheers
It's always worth a try. I like the biggest bands I can find looped on the safety pins of the rack so I get a good pop off my chest and a quick band deload to teach me to use more speed off the chest..... For $30 for a pair, you don't stand to lose much if you don't like them.

Yes, for reverse bands I usually go with the heavy ones.
