Looking to change up my routine to a push pull, any suggestions? I would like do to it 4 days a week, I been lifting for 8 years but never tryed a push/pull. Thanks

Are you looking for a routine that includes lower body? Or just upper body push/pull? I have always found that separating out lower body movements works the best since you will use all lower body muscles in any lower body movement (even if some are primary and others secondary).

Pull ups x reps till 40
Barbell curls rest pause 1x10

Military press 4x5

Laterals 1x20 1x15 1x10
Leg curls 1x30 rest pause

5 3 1 maybe? r go to muscle and brawn they have good routines there or elite fitness systems or take suggestions from all the sites and build your own
