Back too! I don't have a 'strong' back mind! Love the movements - especially Pull-ups/ Chin-ups!

I enjoy training middle back the most because it is my genetic strong point and I also enjoy the row aspect of most of the lifts involved. Lately the outer portion of my lats have been lagging so I have been using a wider bar with dual grips for low rows to really hit the outer lats while still getting a nice pump throughout my middle back.

Once im down to 210 I will then start my weakpoint training and really hitting my inner chest and triceps. Weakpoint training should be your favorite training!

Calves. I never train 'em. That's why they're the only part of me that isn't injured and therefore don't suck to train.

    Used to be back.

Back for sure. There's nothing like a good back workout to leave you feeling pumped and exhilarated (at least in my books).

    Alinshop,

Legs are a crucial key point in completing a physique. You have to train legs extra hard to get them to grow, especially since you use them all day.

My weak points are turning into the body parts I like to train because I want to see them grow!

Definitely back, nothing leaves you feeling as good as a nice deadlift day and pumped up back. Although I must say leg day is rapidly becoming a favorite of mine after years of hating it..

Legs, especially the quads. I guess im the 1% who really enjoy it! Ha. To me there is no better feeling that not being able to walk right for three days. Plus the pump you get is like no other!
