    Mobility Programs

    What do you guys use for mobility? Mainly my lower body and shoulders.

    Indian clubs, Peck mobs, push up plus, lying leg raises to front and Side, and spider man lunges. Check youtube for how to vids. Thats a start.

    I really don't do much. When needed I will do some foam rolling, mashing, and flossing. You can check out Kelley Starrett's mobilitywod.com for lots of ideas.

    Unless there is a problem, you really aren't going to gain much from a mobility program.

    I do mobility work when my shoulders begin to bother me, but other than that I leave them alone.
