    Motivational Videos

    Here are a few videos that I wanted to share, hopefully they will provide some extra motivation for an intense workout.

    This one is a great 'get fired up' speech from a coach prior to a football game:

    Here is a speech that gives a good perspective to 'why' an individual might train the way that they do... I can definitely relate to this gentleman as there have been times where I would ask myself 'who else is doing this' when going through intense training sessions:
