So just starting doing DB upright rows and my right shoulder pops and clicks. There's no pain so im thinking its something that will just work itself out....but is this a sign of rotator cuff weakness?
Up right rows can be dangerous
I would avoid the movement if that is the case. If you feel you need to do them perform the exercise with a dumbbell and use one arm at a time. That will allow you to control the path as to place the shoulders in a better position. The barbell forces a very unnatural path for many people (in that exercise).
Yeah i think ill just switch them out with something else. Thanks guys
