When someone list that they "ate 8oz of chicken breast" with any given meal are they talking about pre-cooked weight or after cooking weight? I'm trying to figure out when I should be weighing the food that I chart. Thanks!

Poirot,
Shouldn't matter as long as you are counting the calories correctly, 8 oz raw meat = X cals, 8 oz cooked meat = Y cals.
Best Gym Lifts:
475 - 315 - 585
Best Meet Lifts (220 Raw)
435 - 295 - 555 (1285)
Was just for curious, anyone know? Id assume the calories change when being cooked, I just would like a better grasp on the whole thing![]()

Poirot,
Nvm found the answer! Macronutrients stay the same, slight loss of proteins in the broth/liquids, but very low drop, primarily just water weight.
