First, heres a few chicken marinades I found that turned out really great so i'd like to share them.
The ingredients are adjusted for 6oz of chicken.
Honey Mustard Chicken:
2 tbsp + 2tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp light mayo (or regular if you want)
1/2 tsp steak sauce (use whatever you like)
Thai chicken marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp honey
Let them marinade for atleast 4-6 hours.
Second, im cutting right now but getting bored of tuna as my source of fish, so I was wondering if anyone has tried Tilapia? Is it any similar to haddock, salmon, or cod (all of which ill be adding to my diet too), because I enjoy all of those so if it is similar that would be great.
Thanks.
Both marinades sound really good man, I'll have to refer back to these next time I'm cooking some bird.
Tilapia is pretty mild, I suppose similar to cod but less fishy. Its good, give it a try!

As Rory said, Tilapia is probably closest to cod. Completely different fish than something like salmon. I personally hate Tilapia, but it's pretty popular because it's so cheap. Maybe there's a reason it's so cheap.....

I am not a big seafood fan at all...so Tilapia is the best of the worst for me.

Basa. white flaky fish, that is cheap and has no fishy taste to it. It;s good stuff.
