I've been ahving trouble regaining supination. Any thoughts from guys who've had a repair on how to excellerate the process? My pronation is fine. Extension is full. Just can't get my hand to supinate.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I just think it takes a really long time. Stay after it.
Supplements I currently take: Nitrean , BCAA , Creatine 500 , Multi-Plus , Fish Oil

LOL Sorry I had to throw that into the mix. That seems to be my only advice these days. But as I said that I pictured an indian club being used to to stretch. Instead of holding your wrist with the opposite hand like your rehab vides you could hold a pipe or stick and crank on the stick to rotate your wrist.
Who knows. I sure dont.

Forget it. My Ulna and Radius fused at the attachment point. Surgery is on the horizon to fix it.
Yeah, saw that on FB today. That sucks buddy. One hurdle after another. Way to keep pushing Rhodes. Takes more to push through that shit than anything else. I admire your determination.
That sucks man. In a year you will back to normal and feeling like a million bucks. Stay positive and take this time to heal your back and hips.
