    Training Playlist

What music do you guys listen to when your training?

I listen to rap when I banging weights. For example: 2 Chainz, Maybach Music, Lil Wayne, and drake, just to name a few.

I like anything heavy rock or metal:

    Disturbed
    Godsmack
    Rage Against the Machine
    Saliva

Sometimes I i'll listen to rap but I only like Eminem.

The 'Alive or just breathing' album by Killswitch Engage is always a good one.

I've got a big playlist with a lot of variety that goes on shuffle. Everything from Iron Maiden to Eminem to Coheed & Cambria to Nas.

I've also got a short motivational speech mp3 on the playlist that pops up every now and then, that usually gets me even more fired up than the music does, ha.
