I been lifting for about 8-10 years now, I have a great amount of muscle mass, I'm also currently cutting, I'm looking for a mix of 5x5 and high reps, any help would be nice. Thank you
You have any pics of this great amount of mass that you have? I recommend you give HCT-12 a try for your new program. Just remember reguardless of what program your using, intensity is the key to success.
