    Maintenance Calories and Cheat Meals

I've just dropped about 60+ lbs from a bulky big guy, to a now lean and ripped version of my self. I'm very happy with where I'm at right now.

I have always done weekly cheat meals (usually 1-2 over the weekend) when I was bulking or cutting.

I was thinking to myself IF I'm taking in enough calories to maintain my current weight...Wouldn't a cheat meal every week just make me slowly gain weight back?

Yes, if it's an increase of calories that do not get expended (whether consciously or subconsciously).
