Hi guys, I work on a ship. and sometime the food its what you can call healty, Maybe you recomond soem dry fruit or something else which i can take with me, i do take protien shakes but i know those are not good as natural stuff.
Is there a question in there somewhere?

I guess that they are not a requirement but you can eat whatever you like.. there's not really a superfood out there that is better than normal fruits
