Whoa whoa, simmer down chub. You've got my vote for rudest person on the forums. If you don't to help the man then don't, but don't be rude for no good reason.Come back when you do know what your currently eating & have the commitment to make a lifestyle change.
Anyhow BK, what kind of diet did you lose your weight on already? You could either do a ketogenic type diet (no carbs) or just have a clean diet with good ratios. For cutting a good ratio would be something like a 40/40/20 p/f/c. If you don't like it change it, only you can figure out what works for you. Don't elimate fat from you diet many people do, but don't realize it's good for you not bad (just in moderation). Keep you protein high, and carbs are where it gets very user defined. Lately low carb seems to be the craze for dieting, you can try that if you'd like.
I don't know if you workout already or not, but it's a good idea of a way to lose some weight, you can find a routine at wannabebig.com.
Good luck

What jc said was sorta right though.. even if you do eat those basic foods (cleaner), it's not really going to do much unless you know how much you are eating and all that. I could bulk using the exact same foods that were recommended for cutting.
But then again, if you wanted to, you could probably figure out a basic of how much is enough and not by trial and error. Will take longer then just counting cals and making a diet, but you can still do it.. What am I talking about?![]()

Right, I agree with nights, counting your calories would be a helpful thing to do and it lets you know where your at.

Ya, know what . . . I'm not rude, I'm honest.
I'm a bit tired of people standing there with their hand out asking for help, but not willing to make any effort in that regard.
Now I know why the MODS rarely answer posts, it's very frustrating to say the least.
When someone asks for me to help, the first thing I ask is, "what have you done to rectify the problem yourself". It tells me if they have put, or are willing to put, effort into solving their problem.
When BigKevin prefaces his post with a comment like, "I don't know what I eat, or what breakdown" that tells me (and everyone) he isn't serious, is lazy or unmotivated.
Anyone who spends time reading these forums knows what information we need to help 'em. The least he could do is take the time to determine where he is at now.
I am black & white and this is sometimes misunderstood as rude.
For someone like Kevin, or anyone who frequents these boards, to make a statement like that is also rude. We all could be doing other things and we offer advice just to be cool, right ?
Well, I'm not willing to help anyone who isn't willing to help themselves and I guess Kevin was just the straw that broke my back.
In any regard, "I apologize Kevin, if I offended you".
I don't apologize for being honest, though, and I was just being so.
End of story.
