My goal is to be lean as i possibly can by the 1 st september.I will be starting my program on the 21 may and it will run for 14 weeks.Hopefully i will be able to post some pictures at the end of the program.
My current bodyweight is 107kg or 235 pounds(definately too fat).
My waist measures around 43.5 inches(again too fat)
I hope to get this waist measurement down to the low 30's.
I will post my training and diet as i go.

Post your pics now, so we can compare in september, also by doing this ( posting your pics ) it will give you a kick in the but in the moments of your cutting when you need it, because you know we will all be watching you tuttut
