Does anyone know the nutritional info on chick. and steak?

I'm trying to be very strict with my current diet, and I need to know:
    Cals
    Carbs
    Protein
    Fat
for every 3/4 pound or so of chicken and steak.

    Fitday should have the info.

Off the top of my head(meaning I might be slightly off) 4oz of chicken(white meat) has:
    35g protein
    0g carbs
    5g fat

I don't generally eat red meat so I can't help you there. I'll check my copy of Corinne Netzer's 'Complete Book of Food Counts' when I get home this evening, if you still haven't found the info.

We tend to think of Sisyphus as a tragic hero, condemned by the gods to shoulder his rock sweatily up the mountain, and again up the mountain, forever. The truth is that Sisyphus is in love with the rock. He cherishes every roughness and every ounce of it. He talks to it, sings to it. It has become the mysterious Other. He even dreams of it as he sleepwalks upward. Life is unimaginable without it, looming always above him like a huge gray moon. He doesn’t realize that at any moment he is permitted to step aside, let the rock hurtle to the bottom, and go home.

You have to sign up, but it's a great site. I also do not get any spam from them due to signing up.

haha I am "severe overweight".... I don't think so. If I went down to my healthy weight of 175 it'd be unhealthy cause I'd shoot myself.
