    Stiff Leg Deadlifts

    Somebody told me that your supposed to do these with your knees bent.Is this true?It seems to work better when the knees are straight.Also is it better to lower the bar to the shin or to the feet?

    slightly bent maybe.
    sometimes personally find these hard to keep legs stiff after a set of squats or something - my legs get jelly, or is it jello to you?

    I prefer dumbells for SLDLs and I go all the way down to the floor.
