Hey there Tryska and KB -
I'm back in Australia - went to Singapore and worked for a large company. They sacked me after a few weeks because I stood on the toes of the wrong people and it seems my mouth isn't sensitive enough for Asian politics. Hehe - that's cool with me, now here I am in Sydney, living down the street from the KB apparently. I have been working for myself over the past month, so I dont have to suck asses anymore, because I'm not good at it.
Anyway, a bit of a break, a new journal and a new cycle of training.

i'm quite comfortable converting kilos. now metres and litres (as y'all spell it) is another matter entirely.

Interestingly, there is a good Aussie contingent on the boards at the moment, so that's nice, cause we have a different sense of humour to you guys, even if it is a bit sad at times.

I'm the same Shocker, I do a lot of lifts in kilos, and did when I was at home too, but my gym has a lot of stuff in pounds too so my journal is well confussing!!
I train in North Bondi surf club, best gym in the world. Where else would you have views like that from the gym?? And seeing the water and beach isn't bad either!!!![]()
