Of course, i tend to walk around with lats spread as a matter of course, even at work. it 'feels' relaxed to me.![]()

Thanx for the kind words everyone. I guess ur right that's not relax except in competition. as for the wheels, i didnt post them because i never worked on them till a few months ago so they really lag behind. as for my routine i used to do high volume training but am training with a variation of HIT and am lovin it.
OK guys, i decided wat the hell, i went and took a pic of the wheels. Just started workin on them in april and these pics were taken today.
Nothing wrong with them wheels. Looks like you have the right shape to your legs at least. Have you been working calves though? Because they are way behind the rest of you.

yes my calves r pretty bad but again, started workin on them a few months ago hopefully they will improve. in the mean time i posted a pic of my brother's calves. He never worked on them a day in his life except for boot camp training which dont even count. hopefully one day, mine will look like that.
Alrighty, traps look like they could use a tad bit more, and I can't tell, it looks like a bad angle anyway, but what about forearms? Rest of you looks massive and quite symmetrical. But dude, you got smaller calves than me...that ain't good.
