I took a pic this morning just to compare, the poses are alittle different, but I wanted to know if anyone noticed a difference.
I've been weighing myself, and the scale says I've lost another 5 or so pounds, but I feel like I'm getting fatter. I also did a body fat test with some vernier calipers, and it came out to about 24% fat, can someone tell me if that is right also please.
Thanks
that was 3 weeks ago..wait another 3-4 weeks dude

It's hard to tell, in the after picture your arms are higher which is stretching your stomache longer so it's hard to compare

Dont expect results to so immediate, alright you've made some progress, but look at the bigger picture and assess yourself less often, it will help you more i feel.
Dont do everything too quick or you will lose more muscle than desireable and you dont want that.
The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...
Hey man, I'm sure you've probably toned up a little or lost some fat, but, like Big-Ron said, you'd probably do better to take pictures over 2 or 3 months' time. You'll be much more appreciative of the results, because there will be much more to see.
yes there is a noticeble difference
yup
Your mind will start to play some nasty tricks on you. I'm currently a little discouraged because I don't think I'm growing very much. I want to get big and was all excited because I started lifting for mass, and after 3 weeks I've put on a good 7 pounds. Nevertheless my mind is starting to get impatient even though I've been gaining good weight and all my friends have been seeing a big difference.Originally posted by geoknight2002

So, in other words just keep looking at that scale. They don't lie and you'll feel 'fatter' just because you're going to want to see improvement right away, but as we all know that doesn't happen. Also, only weigh yourself every other week or so... don't live by the scale. It's fun to make it a competition to 'prepare' for the next weeks weigh in to try and beat your past weight.

Oh yeah... you look a LOT better from way back when you posted your very first pics of sitting in a chair... keep working hard!
Noticeable difference, but it's only been 3 weeks.

I appreciate the comments very much, I was just wanting to get some good motivation to keep my esteem going for my lifting, thanks for the advice, I will weigh myself less often, and perhaps post pics again in liek a month.
Thanks.
